Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Ownership: Strategize, build, test, and monitor a variety of email marketing initiatives, including complex nurture and automated digital campaigns using tools like Marketo or other marketing automation platforms.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality, bi-cultural content for emails and other digital touchpoints in English and Spanish.
• Digital Strategy: Develop and oversee digital strategies, including email segmentation, optimization, testing, and retargeting.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Own analysis of campaign effectiveness and report on performance to leadership.
• Project Management: Own the digital marketing portfolio from ideation to execution.
• Collaboration: Work with Sales and Operations to align marketing with company objectives.
