Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role managing educational platforms.
• Experience with at least one major LMS (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, D2L) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Configure course structures, user roles, and permissions within the LMS.
• Manage user enrollment, course creation, and content uploading.
• Provide technical support and training to instructors and students on LMS usage.
• Generate reports on user activity, course completion rates, and other relevant metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to ensure seamless integration of learning materials.
• Stay updated on LMS best practices, new features, and relevant educational technology trends.
• Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for the LMS.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS platform.
