Infosys Limited is seeking a highly organized LMS Administrator to manage and optimize the Learning Management System in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has extensive LMS experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting both learners and instructors.

You will be responsible for administration, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the LMS, ensuring it meets evolving educational needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role managing educational platforms.
• Proven experience with Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas or D2L and strong LMS administration knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for optimal performance and user experience.
• Configure course structures, user roles, and permissions within the LMS.
• Manage user enrollment, course creation, and content uploading.
• Provide technical support and training to instructors and students on LMS usage.
• Generate reports on user activity, course completion rates, and other metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related technical issues.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators for integration of materials.
• Stay updated on LMS best practices and trends.
• Develop and maintain LMS documentation and user guides.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS.
