Confie is seeking a proactive LMS Administrator to support and optimize our learning technology ecosystem across the organization. You will be the primary point of contact for LMS-related support, manage user records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the learning experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of LMS administration, strong English communication, and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms. This role is based in Tijuana, Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain the organization's Learning Management System, ensuring platform stability, accuracy, and optimal user experience.
• Manage learner accounts, course assignments, certifications, transcripts, and learning catalogs.
• Receive, prioritize, and resolve LMS-related support requests and technical issues through the ticketing system.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, escalating complex cases to internal or external support teams when necessary.
• Monitor LMS integrations and collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system functionality.
• Provide timely and professional support to learners, managers, instructors, and business partners.
• Generate and analyze learning reports, dashboards, and completion metrics to support business needs.
• Conduct system testing and validation for new LMS features, enhancements, and updates.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and learner satisfaction.
