AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking an entry-level Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to grow expertise in email and SMS campaigns, automation, and data-driven optimization. You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to learn Twilio and SendGrid while contributing to campaigns that boost customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifikationen

• Up to 1–2 years in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Basic familiarity with email marketing concepts: deliverability, segmentation, open rates, CTRs.
• Comfort with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid.
• Set up and QA automated lifecycle flows including onboarding and re-engagement campaigns.
• Manage audience lists, segmentation, suppression files, and workflow docs.
• Prepare and format email templates with the design team.
• Coordinate timelines and calendars to ensure on-schedule launches.
• Maintain libraries of marketing assets and templates.
