Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking an Email and SMS marketing coordinator to drive campaigns, nurture leads, and convert interest into bookings for sports facilities. You will own welcome messages, follow-up flows, and performance reporting; collaborate with operations and sales; and coordinate pickup-game events to ensure a smooth experience for customers.

This remote role serves Latin America, with evenings and weekends aligned to Toronto/Eastern time, and features a base plus commissions,

Qualifications

Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
Confident following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking.
Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and deadlines.
Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Responsibilities

Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting facility time, games and offers.
Create segments by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
Build welcome messages, lead follow-up, reminders, and win-back flows.
Coordinate with teams and operations to confirm availability and pricing.
Monitor performance and report on bookings, participation and revenue.
