AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking an entry-level Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to learn lifecycle automation, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.

You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, contribute to onboarding and re-engagement campaigns, and help optimize marketing processes while maintaining brand-aligned messaging.

Formación

• Up to 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles (internships count).
• Basic familiarity with email marketing concepts: deliverability, segmentation, open rates.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid under senior supervision.
• Help set up and QA automated lifecycle flows including onboarding sequences and retention triggers.
• Support management of audience lists, segmentation criteria, suppression files, and workflow docs.
• Assist in preparing and formatting email templates with the design team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and marketing calendars to ensure on-time launches.
• Maintain libraries of marketing assets, templates, and campaign documentation.
• Support A/B test setup and document results for subject lines and CTAs.
• Track performance metrics and flag optimization opportunities; ensure compliance (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
