Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking an experienced marketer to blend email and SMS campaigns with sales follow-through and day-to-day coordination of sports facility bookings. You will craft targeted messages, manage segments by location and interest, and optimize journeys to drive bookings and repeat participation.

You will also support permit-backed bookings, assist with pickup-game operations remotely, and ensure data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and strong customer engagement across Latin

Qualifications

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking.
• Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and deadlines.
• Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform; examples include Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games, and registration opportunities.
• Create segments by location, sport, and engagement.
• Build welcome messages, lead follow-up, reminders, and win-back flows.
• Monitor deliverability, suppression rules and consent records; report on performance.
