Community Sports Partners is seeking a marketing coordinator who can craft email and SMS campaigns to promote facility time and pickup games. You will handle segmentation, automated journeys and follow-ups to convert interest into bookings, while coordinating with sales and operations to ensure smooth client experiences.

You should be experienced with CRM platforms and campaign analytics, and comfortable working evenings/weekends from Latin America time zones.

Competenze

• Experience with building email campaigns and automations and hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Comfort using a CRM and email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).

Mansioni

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting available facility time, pickup games, registration opportunities and relevant offers.
• Create segments by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
• Build and improve welcome messages, lead follow-up, incomplete-booking recovery, reminders and win-back flows.
• Write clear English copy with offers and calls to action; adapt brand assets for mobile emails.
• Check audiences, dates, time zones, prices, links, personalization and suppression rules before launch.
• Monitor delivery failures, bounces, complaints and opt-outs; maintain consent records and healthy lists.
• Test messaging, timing, offers and journeys; report on enquiries, bookings and revenue with engagement metrics.
