Zusammenfassung

We are one of the fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA and Florida. This is an entry-level role for someone who has foundational knowledge of email or digital marketing and wants to develop deep expertise in lifecycle campaigns, automation, and data-driven optimization.

You will work side by side with the Director of Marketing, building real skills in platforms like Twilio and SendGrid while contributing to campaigns that directly impact customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifikationen

• Up to 1–2 years in email marketing/digital marketing roles.
• Basic familiarity with email marketing concepts: deliverability, segmentation, open rates.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid.
• Help set up and QA automated lifecycle flows including onboarding, re-engagement, retention triggers.
• Support audience lists, segmentation criteria, suppression files, and workflow docs.
