You will leverage Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI to analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve growth and customer outcomes. The role requires three or more years in advanced analytics, strong communication to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years applying advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or predictive analytics to support decision-making.
• Experience translating complex questions into analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.
• Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI for data exploration, modeling, and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve medium-to-large-scale business problems and drive strategy.
• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and driver analyses.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to optimize data pipelines and governance.
