You will oversee medium to large-scale data initiatives, align engineering teams, and deliver robust data infrastructure powering actionable insights and analytics for informed decision-making and business growth.

The role requires 4+ years in project management with hands-on data engineering, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with ETL/ELT, Agile

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or related software experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Background in ETL and orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Provides management of data infrastructure for major modeling projects.
• Manages requirements for data enhancements to improve analytics and data processes.
• Leads special data and analytical projects as assigned.
• negotiates priorities with IT and BI resources to align with company goals.
• Trains team members on new data mining tools and technologies.
• Oversees business certification of analytic data projects.
• Manages direct reports and acts as a data/code trainer.
