Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a dynamic coordinator to manage sports programs remotely across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role focuses on evenings and weekends, with base compensation and potential performance bonuses, in USD monthly terms.

You will own planning, sales, execution, growth, customer experience and results, driving registrations and program quality. Applicants should be based in LATAM and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations; passion for sport and involvement.
• Strong organization and numerical skills; fluent English in speech and writing.
• Confidence with spreadsheets and operational systems; ability to coordinate people remotely.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Planning: assess demand, budgets, launch timelines, venues, permits, schedules and staffing.
• Sales: follow up with players and captains; convert inquiries to registrations and fill spaces.
• Execution: coordinate staff, referees, coaches, equipment; ensure readiness and solve problems during delivery.
• Growth: build partnerships; support campaigns; increase repeat registrations; identify new programs/locations.
• Customer experience: own communications; resolve complaints and restore confidence.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, retention; report progress and improvements.
