Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a hands-on Coordinator to plan, sell, launch and run sports programs with the urgency, resourcefulness and accountability of a founder.

This remote role covers Latin America and the Caribbean, with hours predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time. Start at USD 1,000–1,500 per month, plus USD 1,000+ monthly performance bonuses; progression toward manager responsibilities is possible based on probation and growth results.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Planning: assess demand, develop timelines, coordinate venues and staffing.
• Sales: convert enquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
• Execution: coordinate staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness.
• Growth: build partnerships, campaigns and new opportunities.
• Customer experience: manage player communications and resolve issues.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs and occupancy; report progress.
