Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales coordination or related admin roles.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and cloud-based document systems.
• Ability to work independently and communicate proactively.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely with U.S.-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, enter, and organize customer quotes using leadership specifications.
• Track quote requests, deadlines, revisions, and responses.
• Deliver finalized quotes to customers on time.
• Maintain records of open quotes and follow-up commitments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fill missing information.
• Monitor equipment orders and shipments from multiple vendors.
• Provide customer communication and administrative support.
• Organize cloud project folders and records.
• Ensure consistent file naming and version control.
