Job summary

Lean People is seeking a Regional Pricing Manager for LATAM to lead pricing governance, drive profitability, and build financial models across Latin America. You will partner with country heads, GMs, and finance leaders to optimize revenue and margins in a multinational B2B industrial context.

Role requires 7+ years in pricing and profitability programs, with SAP and Advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

7+ years of pricing, revenue management, and profitability improvement in multinational B2B industrial settings.
Experience in B2B Industrial Manufacturing, Building Materials, Infrastructure, Chemicals, or heavy B2B sectors.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong leadership by influence and executive presence.
Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel.
Familiarity with AI-driven data analytics.

Responsibilities

Design and implement pricing governance across LATAM.
Conduct complex financial modeling and profitability assessments for products, services, and multi-country markets.
Identify and model innovative pricing, discounts, and contracting frameworks to optimize revenue and margins.
Translate data into actionable guidance for regional GMs, Finance Directors, and Sales Leads.
Monitor market dynamics, price elasticity, and margin leakage using SAP, Excel, and AI analytics tools.
