Qualifications

• 4+ years of pricing, commercial finance, or related roles.
• Experience with pricing governance, rebates, and reporting.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; virtual collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing performance, margin trends, and customer profitability.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing to provide pricing guidance.
• Oversee trade spend, rebate governance, and pricing controls with reporting.
• Lead pricing and margin improvement initiatives and dashboarding.
• Advise teams to strengthen pricing discipline and policy adherence.
