Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for a fully remote role based in Mexico, focused on managing and expanding strategic client relationships in the Saltillo region.

You will develop account plans, serve as main contact, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with sales, support and product teams to deliver value.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in enterprise sales or KAM, strong communication, and a consultative approach to drive revenue growth and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in account management or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of growing large, complex accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with manufacturing or Saltillo region is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Understand client objectives and map solutions to meet needs.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure service.
• Negotiate renewals and expansions to maximize value.
