Job summary

Mr Descuentos is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to manage and grow its most valuable client relationships. This fully remote role leverages a consultative sales approach to align our client’s supply chain optimization software with evolving business objectives.

You will develop strategic plans, serve as the main contact for key accounts, identify upsell opportunities, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with sales, support and product teams to maximize retention and revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of key clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling within existing accounts.
• Understand client business objectives and challenges, and articulate how our client's solutions deliver value.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to ensure exceptional client service.
• Negotiate contract renewals and expansions to maximize account value.
• Track account health, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Achieve and exceed retention and growth targets for assigned accounts.
