The successful candidate will have over 2 years of experience in CRM and Email Marketing, contributing to maximized revenue generation. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Formación

We are looking for an experienced CRM analyst to join our Reactivations team. This team already influences over $50 M/year in revenue, and we aim to double it in the next 12 months. The ideal candidate should be seasoned in CRM, B2B Marketing, and highly quantitative (SQL is a big plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
• Launch experiments to test hypotheses on new revenue‑generating tactics (e.g., audience, messaging, triggers).
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to provide insights into what’s working and what’s not.
• Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance.
• QA emails and campaigns to achieve an error‑free launch target.
• Coordinate across teams by managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity as the team pioneers new initiatives, including AI integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
• 2+ years of B2B experience.
• 2+ years of Email Marketing experience.
• Experience working for US companies (plus).
• Advanced level of English.
