Samsara is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Process Coordinator to support our sales operations in a remote role based in Mexico. You will ensure accuracy in data entry, validate basic contract requirements, and assist internal teams with operational requests.

The role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in structured environments and is eager to learn about sales operations in a high-growth tech company. Strong English and Spanish communication is required.

Formación

• Less than 1 year in a support, operations, or administrative role.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment.
• Basic experience using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Interest in learning Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting.
• Prior experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales operations by data entry and validation of basic contract requirements.
• Perform data entry and validation for sales requests and documentation.
• Support ticket intake, triage, and process routing.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure required documentation is complete.
• Ensure contract and system data is updated in Salesforce and related tools.
• Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Escalate process exceptions or errors as needed.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles (customer focus, growth mindset, collaboration).
