Job summary

PLUXEE MEXICO is seeking an Inside Sales Hunter for Small Accounts to acquire new clients through remote channels. Utilize a consultative approach to understand needs and tailor Pluxee solutions that boost employee engagement and retention.

You will conduct discovery, pitch digital benefits, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with onboarding to ensure client readiness, while reporting insights to improve strategies across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
• Experience in digital or B2B inside sales (1–3 years) and SaaS/HR familiarity.
• Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks and solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification and discovery through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and virtual tools.
• Present Pluxee’s digital benefits portfolio and tailor offers to client needs.
• Manage full sales cycle in Salesforce and drive deals to closure with onboarding alignment.
• Report client objections and market signals to marketing and product for improvement.
