Job summary

Corporativo Cni is seeking a motivated Analista de Recursos Humanos to join their fully remote team. This role provides crucial support across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management and general HR administration in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1–2 years of HR experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. You will work with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years in HR support or as HR Assistant.
• Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires and documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS.
• Answer employee questions on policies and benefits.
• Help administer benefits programs and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Support HR team with admin tasks and projects.
• Coordinate virtual employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to HR process improvements.
