Proyecto Mx Arquitectos is seeking a motivated Analista de Recursos Humanos to join their fully remote team. This role provides support across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management, and general HR administration, using digital tools to streamline processes and support employees.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR experience, solid knowledge of HR principles, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR support or HR Assistant.
• Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Assist recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Respond to employee inquiries about policies and benefits.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data.
