Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires with documentation and setup.
• Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Contribute to HR reports and data analysis as needed.
• Help handle HR administrative tasks and special projects.
• Assist with organizing remote employee engagement activities.
