Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR support experience or as an HR assistant.
• Familiar with core HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel and Word preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires and document completion.
• Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and benefits.
• Assist with benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR team with admin tasks and special projects.
• Help organize virtual employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
