We have six openings across several weekday and weekend schedules; you must commit to your shift, maintain professionalism, and follow established procedures. Strong English, reliable attendance, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, call center, housing support, or maintenance coordination.
• Experience handling maintenance requests or housing locator inquiries.
• Ability to follow procedures and document information accurately.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to commit to a fixed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions related to maintenance requests, housing locator services, and open-line support.
• Listen to customer needs, ask questions, and provide clear, professional assistance.
• Gather and communicate accurate information to address housing or maintenance inquiries.
• Follow established processes for documenting, routing, and escalating requests when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant case information.
• Communicate professionally with customers and other relevant parties.

• Follow assigned workflows, schedules, and performance expectations.
