Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, client services, or similar).
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience handling inbound leads or consultative conversations over the phone.
• Comfort using CRM systems and standard business tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first contact for home buyers and sellers via HomeLight.
• Handle inbound leads through warm calls and follow-ups; no cold calling.
• Conduct consultative conversations to uncover each client’s needs.
• Guide clients to the most relevant HomeLight solutions with a high-touch approach.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of all client interactions.
• Follow up thoughtfully to ensure a seamless client experience.
