Naya Homes is seeking a motivated Owner Experience Specialist to manage homeowner relations in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta from a 100% remote position. The role focuses on proactive communication, issue prevention, and clear visibility into property performance for homeowners.

You will maintain documentation, meet KPIs for daily touches, and collaborate with internal teams in English and Spanish to support owner satisfaction and retention.

Formación

• Fluent English and Spanish required in writing and speaking.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with high-volume correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Execute 20–25 owner interactions per day via calls, email, and text.
• Maintain 100% monthly touches under the 33-Touch model.
• Translate operational updates into clear owner communications with timelines and costs.
• Log every interaction in Monday.com and keep the Owner Churn Board up to date.
• Escalate churn risks the same business day and assign clear next actions.
