Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases from $3,000 to $25,000+. This fully remote, contractor role focuses on trust-building with international patients, guiding them through long sales cycles, handling objections, and converting qualified leads into bookings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in high-ticket deals.
• Proven experience closing high-value / $3,000+ deals.
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure travel readiness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
