Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator for high-value dental cases. This 100% remote, contractor role focuses on converting inbound/outbound leads to bookings, managing long sales cycles, and handling objections related to price, travel and clinic credibility.

You will present treatment packages, qualify patients, and ensure follow-through with travel arrangements. Strong English, 5+ years of sales, and CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value deals (>$3,000).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple channels.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
