Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
• French language required; advanced English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages.
• Advanced technical support for in-house applications and developments.
• Answer technical support calls and escalate to other groups as needed.
• Provide support based on email requests or reports and document steps taken.
• Diagnose issues, identify causes and recommend solutions.
