NTT DATA, Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Help Desk Senior Associate - French to provide L1 support and assist users with hardware, MS Office, and in-house applications.

This remote, full-time role requires French plus advanced English or Spanish and a customer-service mindset. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months in customer service, be comfortable working 45 hours per week, and join a team that values growth, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance within the IT

• 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
• French language required; advanced English or Spanish.
• Willingness to work 45 hours per week.
• Experience in IT environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages.
• Advanced technical support for in-house applications and developments.
• Answer technical support calls and escalate to other groups as needed.
• Provide support based on email requests or reports and document steps taken.
• Diagnose issues, identify causes and recommend solutions.
