NTT DATA Services is seeking a Part-Time Helpdesk Associate in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX to provide L1 support for hardware and MS Office and assist with in-house applications. The role requires strong English and a keen interest in IT support, with growth opportunities within a global technology leader.

You will join a team delivering email- and ticket-based support, escalating when needed, and documenting issues for analysis.

Formación

• Availability to work 22.5 hours per week.
• Advanced English.
• Liking to work in IT Environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages.
• Deliver advanced technical support for in-house applications and developments.
• Answer technical support calls and escalate to other support groups as needed.
• Provide support based on email generated requests or reports.
• Document troubleshooting steps and describe customer incidents clearly.
• Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems and recommend solutions.
