Clara is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for Guanajuato to drive customer acquisition and accelerate regional growth. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working remotely in Guanajuato with occasional in-person team moments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments.
• Experience selling in B2B tech companies with understanding of how financial decisions are made in large organizations.
• Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
• Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
• Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
• Familiarity with Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
