Job summary

Pavago is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the technical systems that power sales and marketing. You’ll combine full-stack development, automation, APIs, data integrations and GTM tooling to improve capture, enrichment, segmentation and engagement of leads.

The role is remote with time-zone flexibility and requires strong problem solving, ability to translate business goals into reliable systems, and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Hands-on experience with GTM systems (CRM integrations, outbound automation, lead enrichment, webhooks).
• Strong experience with APIs and data integrations.
• Comfortable combining custom development with no-code and low-code platforms.
• Understanding of data pipelines and multi-system workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems for lead capture, enrichment, outbound activity, and reporting.
• Develop internal tools and technical solutions that support sales and marketing workflows.
• Improve reliability and scalability of GTM infrastructure.
• Write clean, production-ready front-end and back-end code.
• Integrate CRM, enrichment, marketing, and other platforms via APIs and webhooks.
