BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to partner with US-based sales teams, executing account-based campaigns and building AI-powered automations that signal when to act. You will shape how data and AI drive new deals and account expansion using tools like Claude as part of your daily workflow.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution across multiple channels, direct collaboration with account leaders, and continuous optimization of campaigns to accelerate revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building seller automations (signal/trigger workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns for target and existing accounts via email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
• Map processes with sales teams and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers.
• Maintain data for target accounts, buying committees, and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly on meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated, and revenue influence.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
