Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Mexico is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation and pipeline growth across channels. This remote contractor role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns with close collaboration with Sales and stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

The position requires 3–4 years in B2B marketing, strong content and email skills, and proficiency in English. Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is a plus, with travel optional.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing or growth marketing.
• Experience executing multichannel marketing campaigns from planning to optimization.
• Strong project management with ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in English and excellent writing/editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, social media, events, and other channels from planning through post-campaign analysis.
• Coordinate campaign delivery with timelines, briefs, asset requirements, audiences, and launch plans.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements and experiments.
• Manage email marketing and HubSpot: build emails, nurture sequences, lists, forms, landing pages, and basic workflows.
