Job summary

C.H. Robinson Shared Services seeks a Global Forwarding Coordinator to support international shipments across air, ocean, and land, focusing on the Tesla account and other key customers.

This fully remote position emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and operational execution from your own space. You will manage shipment follow-up, maintain records, and communicate with customers, carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and brokers, helping resolve delays and high volumes while adhering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Prior experience in logistics or forwarding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand international shipping processes from PO to delivery.
• Assist personnel and third parties with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Generate and maintain accurate customer records and shipment documentation.
• Provide tracking and tracing services for customer shipments.
• Support delivery and turnovers and perform load audits.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulations, and company standards.
