Job summary

INSPYR Global Solutions is seeking a Lead Contracts Manager in Mexico to support domestic and international contract execution for power generation projects.

You will assist in contract administration, change orders, risk management, and stakeholder communications, working under senior managers in a global environment.

Requires a university degree and about 3+ years in project, commercial, legal, or contract management, with strong English and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree and ~3+ years in project execution, contract administration, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of customer contracts, subcontracts, and consortium agreements throughout project execution.
• Assist in identifying contractual risks and opportunities and support mitigation actions.
• Prepare and maintain contract management documentation, records, and databases.
• Track contractual obligations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support preparation of change orders, variation requests, and supplier/sub-contractor communications.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain action trackers.
