Qualifications

• Proven quota-carrying sales experience with targets met or exceeded.
• Experience in home services, construction, roofing, or related trades preferred.
• Ability to own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Self-directed, remote-friendly with strong time management.
• Based in North America and available during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs.
• Present solutions aligned to customer requirements and pain points.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreements.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and deal stages in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth handoff after deal closes.
• Share customer information to support onboarding and experience.
