TransPerfect is seeking a Freelance Recruiter for its Games Division to source, interview, and place candidates worldwide on a remote, work-from-home basis.

You will manage full recruitment cycles, build university partnerships, and actively recruit for a range of roles, with a preference for candidates experienced in gaming recruitment. This position offers flexible collaboration with our clients and teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Interview, test, and refer applicants for positions of any seniority as needed by our clients
• Actively work with clients to ensure understanding of current hiring needs to meet expectations
• Oversee full recruitment life-cycle including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers
• Plan and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
• Manage the interview process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Develop relationships with universities to coordinate on-site interviews
• Cold call and actively recruit experienced candidates for various positions
