Job summary

HBX Group in Cancún seeks a Market Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of hotels and drive automation and self-service adoption through a digital-first approach.

You will work with Salesforce, Tableau and other tools to identify opportunities, collaborate with Acquisition and Onboarding teams, and deliver measurable revenue improvements while maintaining strong partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in managing commercial accounts in the travel or hospitality industry.
• At least 1 year of previous experience in Operations, Sourcing, Sales, Marketing, or a related area.
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
• Adept at managing multiple business priorities and complex situations with strategic thinking and composure.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Medium-level proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio optimization: Manage and grow a portfolio of hotels with focus on automation and digital engagement.
• Digital first execution: Leverage platforms to streamline hotel interactions and efficiency.
• Opportunity management: Execute weekly opportunities using planning tools to improve contracting and revenue.
• Tool proficiency: Use Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, MaxiRoom, JIRA, and TeamViewer to track performance.
• Hotel consultative selling: Apply consultative techniques to identify growth opportunities and partner engagement.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with Acquisition and Onboarding teams to support new hotels.
