Job summary

HBX Group, the world’s leading technology partner for travel professionals, is hiring a Travel Experience Executive in Cancún to deliver superlative, personalized service across telephone, chat, email and WhatsApp for our luxury clients.

You will address simple and complex requests, tailor services to client preferences, build lasting relationships with top-tier clients, and work with our vendor network to fulfil bookings and reservations with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience in luxury travel or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service via phone, chat, email, and WhatsApp.
• Address and fulfill client requests with high quality and timeliness.
• Build and sustain relationships with luxury clients.
• Maintain vendor knowledge to fulfill orders and reservations.
• Collaborate with a fast-paced, ambitious team to deliver top-tier service.
