Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist based in Mexico to join a fully remote, international team. You will assist users and partners with payment processes, troubleshoot transactions, and contribute to improving our payments platform in fintech and blockchain-enabled services.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and testing teams, handle inquiries efficiently, and help drive a positive customer experience while adapting to a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or digital payments environments is preferred.
• Ability to explain payment processes and troubleshoot issues clearly.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email, chat, and tickets.
• Resolve payment-related inquiries and transaction issues.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex payment and account problems.
