Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking an AI Support Operations Specialist based in Mexico to own and optimize an AI-powered support agent. You will work across AI operations, customer care, product development, and technical implementation in a fully remote environment, influencing performance and experience.

You will configure Intercom Fin, refine knowledge, analyze performance data, and coordinate cross-functional improvements to deliver faster, more human interactions with escalations as needed.

• Own AI support agent performance, improve resolution and accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base with policy and product inputs.
• Analyze interactions to identify recurring issues and prioritise fixes.
• Design tests to measure impact of changes on performance.
• Refine AI behavior, tone, and workflows within Intercom Fin.
• Facilitate smooth human handoffs when needed.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI across products and journeys.
• Monitor emerging AI tech and run experiments with value.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and knowledge owners for improvements.
• Report insights to Customer Care leadership and track resolution.
