Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist based in Mexico. This remote, hands-on role focuses on reliable IT operations, secure environments, and service delivery across multiple clients.

You will manage day-to-day IT administration, provide user support, and contribute to security initiatives, including vulnerability research, device hardening, incident response playbooks, and ISO 27001 alignment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in IT operations, helpdesk, or admin role.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with MDM (Intune, Jamf) and device enrollment.
• Scripting ability to automate tasks (PowerShell/Bash/Python).
• Strong written/spoken English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and licenses in cloud platforms.
• Onboard Windows/macOS devices to MDM and manage configurations.
• Handle first-line IT support and escalate complex incidents as needed.
• Perform weekly IT maintenance including patch status and backups.
