Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth in Mexico's Food & Beverage market. The role is remotely based in Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara, reporting to the Regional Sales Director for Latin America within the Commercial Food & Beverage division.

You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and forecast sales while promoting high-value, technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage customers and market.
• Demonstrable experience in technical and commercial applications, process engineering and customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in food science, food technology, or related fields such as biology, chemistry, chemical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand Pall solutions and capture consumables and system opportunities in Mexico's F&B region.
• Develop and grow Global Strategic Accounts, building strong customer relationships.
• Manage sales forecasting and maintain accurate data in Salesforce to support planning and execution.
• Champion high-value, technical solutions, selling on impact and outcomes.
• Significantly increase market share in the Mexico F&B territory with focus on beer market.
