Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to grow Pall’s sales and brand presence in the Mexico Food and Beverage market, focusing on beer opportunities. The role reports to the Regional Sales Director for Latin America and can be remote from Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara.

Travel up to 60-70% and a competitive compensation package with a potential company car is provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage customers and market.
• Experience in technical and commercial applications and process engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in food science/technology or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Expand Pall solutions and capture opportunities in the region.
• Develop and grow Global Strategic Accounts, building strong customer relationships.
• Manage sales forecasting and maintain data in Salesforce for planning.
• Champion high‑value, technical solutions, selling on impact and outcomes.
• Significantly increase Pall market share in the F&B Mexico territory, with focus on beer.
