Remote Leverage is seeking an ER Doctor to manage acute assessments, triage coordination, and clinical documentation while supporting day-to-day patient care remotely from Mexico. The role collaborates with a clinical team to ensure timely evaluations and proper handoffs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ER/triage/acute hospital clinical experience.
• Active Mexican Medical License (Cédula Profesional).
• Professional English fluency (written and spoken).
• Reliable high-speed internet and secure workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical triage, emergency medical evaluations, and acute care support for incoming patients.
• Assist in managing acute medical emergencies, trauma stabilization protocols, critical care workflows, and vital sign monitoring.
• Coordinate life-support protocols, emergency medication administration orders, and diagnostic review procedures as required.
• Facilitate patient intake procedures, clinical handoffs, and coordination with attending specialists.
• Maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation and EMR compliance.
